Meditation, taiji, and mindset

After not having done any of the above for the past 1 or 2 weeks, I can say with certainty that it helps keep me present.

I did taiji yesterday night, and today I feel very weirdly present. It makes sense now why to make this a daily routine. I have decided to continue this habit even when waking up too late.
